The App

KlusQuest is a parental controls app for iPhone and iPad, provided by NETKREATIVES BV (Belgium). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

The app is designed for families. A parent or legal guardian must set up and manage the app. Children use the app under the supervision of that parent or guardian.

Subscriptions

KlusQuest requires a subscription to use its features. Eligible Apple accounts may be offered a seven-day trial with the yearly subscription plan. Apple will show you the final price and terms before you confirm your purchase.

All purchases, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your Apple App Store account and are subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which you can find at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

App Features

Coins earned within the app are for bookkeeping purposes only, to track agreements within your family. The app does not handle real money and is not a payment or banking service.

The screen time reward feature uses Apple's Screen Time APIs. Its effectiveness can depend on your specific devices, iOS version, and system settings.

Liability

We provide the KlusQuest app "as is" and with great care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages that result from your use of the app.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit your statutory consumer rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. However, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will show when they were last revised. We will notify you of significant changes within the app or on our website.
