The app

KlusQuest is a family app by NetKreatives (Belgium) for iPhone and iPad. By using the app you agree to these terms.

KlusQuest is meant for families: a parent or guardian sets up the app and manages the agreements; children use the app under that parent's supervision.

Pocket money and pots

Pocket money and pots in the app are bookkeeping only — the app does not handle real money and is not a payment or banking service. Paying out is an agreement within your family.

Screen time

The screen-time feature uses Apple's Screen Time (FamilyControls). Its behaviour can depend on your devices, iOS version and family settings; without Screen Time access, everything keeps working in voucher mode, where you release the earned time yourself.

KlusQuest Pro (subscription)

KlusQuest is free for one child with nothing held back. KlusQuest Pro adds more children and photo proof, and is available as an auto-renewing subscription — weekly (€1.49, no free trial), monthly (€2.99, with a 7-day free trial) or yearly (€24.99, with a 7-day free trial) — or as a one-time lifetime purchase (€49.99). All billing is handled by Apple through your Apple account.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your App Store settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy.

Liability

We build KlusQuest with care, but provide the app "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this site.
